By accessing royalzman.com or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision.

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Our online store currently accepts orders for delivery within India only. International customers may contact us separately at concierge@royalzman.com.

We take care to present accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our watches. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your display. Dial textures, case finishing, and strap grain shown in configurator renders are representative; minor variations may exist in the physical product.

Product specifications (water resistance rating, movement calibre, case dimensions, strap materials) are as stated in the product listings. Any changes to specifications will be communicated before dispatch.

Watches listed as 'Coming Soon' or 'Pre-Order' are not yet available for purchase. Registering interest on those pages does not create a binding order or payment obligation.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of order placement will apply to that order.

Payment is processed through Razorpay and may be made by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or supported wallets. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. In the event of a payment failure, no order is created and no amount is charged.

Caseback engraving carries an additional surcharge of ₹3,500, which is included in the order total at checkout. This surcharge is non-refundable once engraving has been applied.

We use one-time password (OTP) verification to authenticate checkout transactions. By entering your phone number at checkout, you consent to receiving a single transactional OTP via SMS.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product becomes unavailable, if there is an error in the listed price, or if we are unable to verify payment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy.

Custom-engraved orders cannot be cancelled or returned once engraving has commenced, as the personalised piece cannot be resold.

Delivery, return eligibility, timelines, and refund procedures are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Every RoyalZman watch is covered by our 2-year limited warranty. The scope of coverage, exclusions, and claim procedure are set out in the Warranty & Service page, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the RoyalZman name and logo, watch designs, collection names (ROYALFORT, ROYALFLY, ROYALFLEET), product photography, videos, written descriptions, heritage timelines, and configurator renders — is the property of RoyalZman and is protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.

You agree not to: (a) use the website for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its backend systems; (c) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews; (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the website; (e) post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's rights.

Product reviews submitted through the website must reflect a genuine purchase experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoyalZman's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or from our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
