RoyalZman was founded on a single conviction: that Indian watchmaking should not aspire to imitate Swiss conventions — it should interrogate them. We kept what physics demands and discarded the rest.
Mission
Instruments, not jewellery.
A watch is a precision instrument that happens to sit on a wrist. We design for the instrument first — water resistance, movement stability, legibility at depth — and let the aesthetic follow from those engineering constraints. When form follows function this honestly, the result is beautiful without trying to be.

A single Indian atelier, globally recognised.
We are not a mass manufacturer. We have one atelier, one case standard, and one uncompromising threshold for what leaves our floor. Our ambition is not to make the most watches — it is to make watches that are still running in 2075.
Engineering principles
Swiss-Grade Precision
Every RoyalZman movement is built around the ETA Calibre family — time-tested, service-friendly, and accurate to ±4 s/day. We specify the SW-200 with a taller H3 pinion to reduce friction at depth, a modification you won't find in any catalogue spec sheet.
41 mm — One Standard
We make one case diameter. Not because we can't, but because 41 mm is the precise intersection of wrist presence and hydrodynamic efficiency below 100 m. Every component — from the asymmetric crown guard to the bracelet end-link — is engineered around that constant.
Y-TZP Ceramic Bezels
Yttria-stabilised tetragonal zirconia polycrystal. It resists scratching at 9 Mohs, tolerates salt and UV without fading, and takes colour uniformly at the pigment level — not as a surface coat. The result is a bezel insert that outlasts its owner's interest in it.
Hand-Finished in India
Our atelier in Mumbai's BKC district handles final assembly, case brushing, and dial alignment by hand. Each watch is water-tested to its rated depth before shipment — not a sampled batch, every piece.
